No single part of the Church could carry the Gospel to the ends of the Earth alone. We need the entire body of Christ, reflecting the fullness of God's image, to reach every tribe, nation and tongue.

We represent different global cultures and traditions, but our common identity in Christ unites us. We will never sacrifice our mission by allowing our spiritual enemy to use these differences to divide us.

We love one another as ourselves, and we value communication that is respectful, encouraging, grace-filled, and consistent.

God has gifted and called each one of us, and we know we can accomplish far more together than on our own.

We are always ready to learn from one another. We value feedback as a gift and give and receive it with grace and humility.

No matter our title or how we see ourselves, we can all use our influence to move our mission forward in our church, our community, family and team.

We joyfully dedicate a portion of our time each week to share our God-given abilities, and we are open to all serving opportunities that contribute to our mission.

We will not allow perfectionism to prevent progress. Sharing biblical resources digitally gives us the freedom to continually improve upon our work. 

By inviting our community to join us in serving, we're encouraging and challenging them to seek God every day.
